Cancellations/your right to cancel

In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order (or any part thereof) provided.

All returns must be expressed in writing to our postal address or by email, including full details of your order, within 7 working days of you receiving the goods. 7 days commences the day after you receive the goods, (the so called "cooling off period"). Ultra Vixen may refuse returned goods if we are not contacted within this time period.
  • You return the goods in good condition, unopened or unworn.
  • We request all returns are to be sent back via recorded/special delivery only. Postage to be paid by you. No responsibility will be taken for lost items
  • If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark clearly on the customs declaration that the items are being returned to the wholesaler so that customs charges are not incurred. Ultra Vixen will not accept items arriving with extra charges or fees payable.
  • Upon receipt of the goods (in good condition) we shall refund your full purchase price within 30 days.

Exchange policy

  • All stock is inspected before being dispatched/posted. Should the stock arrive to you damaged or faulty please contact Ultra Vixen immediately. We will then endeavour to replace, repair and return or refund, upon receipt of the stock. We will cover costs for special delivery/recorded postage only.
  • We will exchange only when clothing, shoes, stock are returned in the same unworn/unused condition you received them. Ultra Vixen reserves the right to refuse returned goods.
  • Should you have ordered an incorrect size we will happily do an exchange or refund to you, upon receipt of the stock. We request goods are to be sent back via recorded/special delivery only. No responsibility will be taken for lost items. Postage is to be paid by you.
  • Ultra vixen can not accept returns on latex/lingerie. Please choose your size carefully. (see refund policy)

Refund policy

  • Full refunds are given at the discretion of the Company Management.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the stock only, and will be processed within 30 days.
  • In the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 there is provision for personal products (Section 13, part 1) such as lingerie and latex garments which, due to their nature, can not be returned.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and us for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until we accept your order by email confirming that we have shipped your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in England and any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and we irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Ultra Vixen cannot not accept liability for any injury, accident, or death resulting in the misuse of any of our products. The consumer takes full responsibility in law.

Ultra Vixen place time and care in describing products as accurately as possible. However, colours and materials may differ slightly to those shown due to colour variations through electronic media and connection quality. Where dimensions and sizes are given, they are approximate. Due to manufacturer's changes and improvements, we reserve the right to alter, withdraw or amend any description without prior notice.

Ultra Vixen reserves the right to alter prices without notice, but be assured that value for your money is one of our highest priorities.

Payment & Packing Details

Payment Security/Data Protection



Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you. These details will be passed onto relevant parties such as delivery firms/Royal Mail etc. Ultra Vixen may provide certain order, shipment and product information, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. With all laws and regulation of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

The information you provide to us may be held and used by us for any of the following purposes: order processing, administration of customers' orders and/or accounts, dealing with enquiries or complaints, crime and fraud prevention.

Ultra vixen's online system uses SSL (secure socket layer) - this means you are safe to enter you personal details (such as address and credit card). On the payment screen, an icon will be displayed at the bottom of your browser to prove that a secure connection to our server has been made. This information is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by anyone else. Ultra Vixen will NEVER sell or pass your details onto any third party. If you give us your email address we will only use it to contact you about your order and will not be used for anything other than this.

Full Payment is taken at the time of booking. Cheques will be presented upon receipt. All transactions are in pound sterling and include VAT. For local conversion rates we suggest you obtain these from your local bank.

For UK customers, please note that we can accept postal orders, personal cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank, Visa card, MasterCard, Switch Visa, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta). We are unable to accept Diners card, American Express or Visa Electron.

For our International customers we are unable to accept EURO CHEQUES as UK banks no longer accept them. Any other payment method cannot be processed. We accept International Money Orders (in Sterling) made payable to: "Ultra Vixen" and crossed payee only. When ordering using this method, please allow an extra 7 days for clearance of your cheque. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any charges and further information will need to be checked with the customs and excise in your relevant country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; Ultra Vixen have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply.

If you do not have a credit or debit card please use the booking form then post the payment.

UK Orders


RECORDED POST CONDITIONS

This service is only offered to our customers within the UK. Recorded (signed for) is purely that, a signature required by the recipient. This service does not allow a parcel to be tracked or guarantee a delivery time. This service offers minimal compensation up to the value of £28 and is offered to all customers with orders less than £28. Should you wish to have your order tracked or require the goods immediately we suggest you pay for Special Delivery, see below.

SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY

This service is only offered to our customers within the UK. Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day service. The next day service excludes Saturdays and Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays. This service allows a parcel to be tracked, insured and guarantees a delivery time before 1pm, excluding some parts of Scotland where delivery is guaranteed by 5.30pm. For all orders over £28 within the UK this is the only postal service offered.

International orders


Airsure International.

This service is offered to all international customers. The service sends the item via Airmail in the following countries only:

Andorra, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the USA. This service allows a parcel to be tracked and insured.

Should you be in any other international country your item will be sent via International signed for. This service sends the item via Airmail, but does not allow a parcel to be tracked but does insure the item.

Ultra Vixen accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen goods through the postal services offered. We are happy to help by providing any relevant contact numbers, web addresses or consignment numbers you may require to track any parcels we dispatch.

Dispatch/Delivery Arrangements

Delivery arrangements (usually within 30 days unless you agree otherwise). Dispatch Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. If a particular item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed. We will place the order on hold until the items are in stock. We will only dispatch a complete order. Good will be delivered within 30 days, we will contact you by email (or post) for advice.

We do not send to post office boxes as all mail is sent via Special delivery/signed for.

When placing an order it is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences.
